• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

• Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

• Remote areas may take a little longer.

• You will receive a tracking ID via email once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain value (if applicable).

• For orders below the free shipping threshold, a standard shipping charge will apply (visible at checkout).

4. Delivery Areas

• Currently, we ship across India.

• International shipping is not available at the moment.

5. Delays & Issues

• Kesiddo is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural events, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
